Creating and Planning Social Media strategy and manages our active Social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
The Key Responsibilities would be as below:
  • Design, develop and implement high impact online marketing strategies to generate leads for our products and services
  •  Create a social calendar with optimized timings and diverse content to be scheduled across all major social channels
  • Write strong, engaging and succinct copy that is grammatically correct for social channels
  • Work with the in-house video and design teams to develop high-quality content for use on social media like social media graphics, videos for IGTV, etc.
  • Build brand awareness through creative campaigns and ORM
  • Use tools such as Later, Hubspot and Linktree to report on metrics, and leverage data insights to meet marketing and business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing
  • A comprehensive understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums
  • Experience with social media scheduling & monitoring as we are highly data-driven and always use data to evaluate our decisions
  • An experimental mindset - we are constantly tweaking and coming up with new ways to grow, reach, and delight our community
  • Excellent English written skills are a must as is an attention to detail
  • Experience launching community initiatives
