Key Responsibilities:
The Key Responsibilities would be as below:
Design, develop and implement high impact online marketing strategies to generate leads for our products and services
Create a social calendar with optimized timings and diverse content to be scheduled across all major social channels
Write strong, engaging and succinct copy that is grammatically correct for social channels
Work with the in-house video and design teams to develop high-quality content for use on social media like social media graphics, videos for IGTV, etc.
Build brand awareness through creative campaigns and ORM
Use tools such as Later, Hubspot and Linktree to report on metrics, and leverage data insights to meet marketing and business objectives

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in social media marketing
A comprehensive understanding of social channels and communicating with audiences through different mediums
Experience with social media scheduling & monitoring as we are highly data-driven and always use data to evaluate our decisions
An experimental mindset - we are constantly tweaking and coming up with new ways to grow, reach, and delight our community
Excellent English written skills are a must as is an attention to detail
Experience launching community initiatives
